Joan's poem is superimposed on a picture she took on a visit to the "Atomic Bomb Peace Park" during a pilgrimage to Hiroshima, Japan.  It is shared here in memory of the many lives lost in that city sixty years ago, on August 6, 1945.

Gloria is a close friend of Jeff and Jenny Lind.  She wrote this poem in memory of Arthur Lind, Jeff Lind's dad.  The poem was read at Arthur Lind's funeral.
